Here is the first book I was able to get through Interlibrary Loan. It took about a week to get here and cost $10.50 for the shipping (the usual is $2.50), but I’m happy I was able to get it.

Have you started reading that book?
Hi Laura,
I made it through chapter 14, chapter 1 and halfway through chapter 2. The challenge for me is in finding time to read it, where I’m not interrupted. Ch. 14 is by far the most helpful for ameloblastomas (and other ondontogenic tumors). Jenn recommended it to me and I’d recommend it to anybody needing oral surgery.
